A professionally trained massage therapist with over 15 years of experience. My practice focuses on Cranial Sacral therapy but also includes tissue work when desired or needed. I work by referral only.
Craniosacral
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a form of bodywork therapy using gentle touch to manipulate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. As a practitioner of craniosacral therapy I often apply light touches to a patient's spine and pelvic bones. This manipulation helps regulate the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and aids in "primary respiration".
Tissue Work
I am experienced in deep tissue work as well as Swedish technique. My tissue work has been focused in the dance community working to keep people healthy and performing at their best. I keep my individual practice small and focused on creating a long term relationship with my clients.
Chair
Chair massage lends itself to events and office environments. The therapy space can be set up in a compact area with the possible inclusion of aromatherapy, music, and other relaxing additions.
